Produced by the Dukamo Family in Ethiopia’s renowned Sidama region, this lot combines the 74110 and 74158 varieties, grown between 2,000 and 2,100 metres and processed using a Washed method with aerobic fermentation. The cup is floral, clean and elegant, with notes of yellow peach, honey, orange, violet and dark chocolate.
