Moka Filter “Competition” E&B LAB

The Competition filter for moka pots was created to improve extraction quality with the classic stovetop coffee maker. E&B Lab designed a stainless steel filter featuring micro-holes of just 0.2 mm in diameter, much smaller than traditional ones (≈ 0.8 mm). This setup allows for a more even, gentle water distribution, avoiding excessive pressure that could compromise the coffee’s performance.

The result is a cleaner cup with fewer fine particles, highlighting the coffee’s natural acidity and softening bitterness.

• Components: stainless steel filter + transparent silicone gasket

• Compatibility: suitable for most aluminum moka pots

  • 1-cup: outer Ø 46 mm – inner Ø 39 mm

  • 2-cup: outer Ø 48.5 mm – inner Ø 42 mm

  • 3-cup: outer Ø 57 mm – inner Ø 49.2 mm

  • 6-cup: outer Ø 61.5 mm – inner Ø 55 mm
